My name is Eliška
I am a coach, and my playground is stress management and nervous system regulation. I also work as a teacher at the School of Intuition. I am a proud mother of two little girls, a happy wife, and in my free time, a loving dog trainer and groomer.

My Why
In my life, I went through moments during my adolescence when my stress levels were unbearable. I struggled with attention disorders, later self-harm, and an eating disorder, all without anyone close to me knowing. The turning point came after the birth of my first daughter when I found myself on the brink of depression. But it was no longer just about me—I didn't want to be that same person anymore, so I began to study and try everything I could about stress. I soon realized that my main issue was emotional stress.
I worked with a coach who helped me see things I couldn't recognize myself. Under the guise of online English lessons, I managed to progress much faster than I could have on my own. I am very grateful for that and glad I had the courage to do it. I wish I had known what I know now when I was a little girl. This acquired knowledge is something I long to pass on to my children and to anyone who yearns for something better and refuses to just do what is "expected."
My mission is to:
- Show how stress and its various types, manifestations, and impacts affect our lives on four levels.
Show that it is not the circumstances but our reactions and the meaning we attach to them that is truly significant.
- Show that having what we truly want in life is not about hard work—it's just that we weren't taught this in school.
Show that despite the pandemic of stress we see around us, we can remain in calm, joy, and success, living our desires and dreams in the reality we create for ourselves.
Show how we can regulate our nervous system on our own using simple exercises and habits.
- Show that stress is a natural part of life when it is under control and does not play the leading role in the stage of our everyday life.
Show that we can choose.
Show that we don't have to wait for crisis, we can learn and grow now.
Show that when we give ourselves space, things begin to happen. But it is not enough to just understand, agree, or resonate with it—we must live it and truly act on it.
Individual work with children, teens and adults
I am immensely passionate about working with children, who are a great inspiration because of how they perceive the world. That's why I became a part of the School of Intuition. I guide and teach children and parents in a playful manner to develop intuition and extrasensory perception. Our courses focus on raising awareness of things that are possible but not taught in school. We offer courses for children, parents, and individual lessons focused on intuition and the inner world, including how we create our own reality.
